After years of working with MovableType, a one day test of Blogger, several development sites with WordPress, and weeks spent customizing Sweetcron, I've decided to chuck them all in favor of TypePad. Frankly, I just got sick of the time it took to install and customize my blogs. Now that I can integrate my Tweets, my Delicious bookmarks and more with drag-and-drop widgets, TypePad was an easy choice. Sure the design isn't exactly what I would do by hand, but the look of a blog really isn't the point. It's the daily doing, the connecting and sharing that is important. Thanks go out to my wife who, after using TypePad to run StoryCulture and Studio Lalla for the past two years, convinced me to switch.
