Chas - great thought provoking message here. At times I struggle with social media and the place it has not only in my personal life, but within the larger corporate world as well. It is certainly true that brand experience is most important and that experience is reinforced not only by word-of-mouth, as in the consumer products world, but by focusing on solutions and connections that are relevant now and into the future for professional services providers who are increasingly commoditized by both the exonomy and their competitors.
